All major repairs (such as HVAC systems, electrical work, and major plumbing concerns) will be directed to the property owner in the same way a conventional tenant-landlord relationship would work.
There are no fees or hidden costs when you partner with us. We sign 12 and 24 month lease agreements and provide a deposit, just like a typical tenant.
